MAUI EKAHI VILLAGE CONDO RENTALEkahi Village Condo - 6B Rental RatesCondo Rental RatesLOW Season: April 18-June 12 & September 1-mid December - $235.00 MID Season: June 12-September 1 - $275.00 HIGH Season: January 2-April 18 - $320.00 Thanksgiving - $275.00 (5 night minimum) Christmas/New Years - $365.00/night (12 night minimum) Note: 12.42% Hawaii Tax is additional (increases to 13.42% July 1, 2010) Stays shorter than 7 nights will be charged $140.00 for housekeeping. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Policies We require a two night deposit, within 1 week, to hold/confirm the booking. We request the full balance (including a $300 security deposit) 60 days before your arrival. Cancellation anytime after reservation is confirmed will forfeit one night, cancellation within 60 days will forfeit the full balance, unless we can re-rent the unit (in that case you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis).
