We request the full balance (including a $300 security deposit) 60 days before your arrival. Cancellation anytime after reservation is confirmed will forfeit one night, cancellation within 60 days will forfeit the full balance, unless we can re-rent the unit (in that case you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis).
